Mainspring Plus takes its name from the most important spring in a watch. Winding the spring promises future potential energy to make the watch function properly. We believe every participant is the mainspring and are the force for their own development and growth. Our goals are to build self-awareness, to develop capacity to impact others and to ignite lifelong learning through positive experiences.

Our programs are designed to meet the need of a variety of age groups and organizations. We offer a safe environment for participants with qualified instructors to encourage personal growth. Our adventure-style programming engages participants in exciting, fun and challenging programs. We have extensive experience in the field of leadership training and sport and leisure in Asia. Our team has more than thirty years combined experience in adventure and sports activities, youth camps and corporate team building.

Experiential Education is a learning process where students develops their knowledge, skill and values from direct, carefully chosen and structured experiences. Throughout the experiential learning process, students are actively engaged in posing questions, investigating, experimenting, solving problems, assuming responsibility, being creative and constructing meaning through reflection.

Adventure Education uses the outdoors for experience-based educational purposes. Adventure Education often involves small groups actively engaged in adventurous activities for personal growth under the guidance of an instructor. It is hands-on education, based on the philosophy of cooperative education and group focus on values.
